I watched this when I was about 14 and I thought it was shit and not at all scary. 12 years on and I can safely say I was fucking wrong. Session 9 is one of the most horrific, terrifying and tense films I have seen in recent years. At least on par with bosom buddy Grave Encounters, there is a 5/6 minute sequence towards the end which I was literally watching with my mouth agape, staring at the screen like a buffoon. Decent cast for this kind of affair, Peter Mullan reliable as always and I particularly enjoyed the performance of Steven Gevedon as Mike. So glad I ended up rediscovering this gem
